Interface and interaction design for things people use every day — where the measure is whether somebody can do the thing, not whether the screen photographs well.
Web and mobile applications built to survive contact with real use: authentication, payments, data integrity, and the unglamorous parts that decide whether a product holds.
Naming, marks, typography and the written voice — developed alongside the product rather than applied to it afterwards, so the two say the same thing.
The machinery behind the product: campaign and lead systems, reporting, integrations and the internal tools a small team needs to run something without drowning in it.

We build our own products as well as our clients'. It keeps the studio honest — everything we recommend, we have had to live with ourselves.
A consciousness-evolution platform: a practice system across seven dimensions of life, with a native iOS and Android application, live-activity timers, a coaching and mentoring layer, group circles, and a full payments and partnership back end. Designed, engineered and operated entirely in-house, and running as two separate businesses in the United Kingdom and India.
The practice app for the UK — seven wealths, habits held as rituals, sacred timers, group pods and live sessions, with venue hosts running rooms in person. Live at theocom.co.uk.
The same practice, built for India — its own database, rupee pricing, the festival calendar, and a warmer register. One codebase, two markets, and the market values kept in one file rather than a fork.
Four products for businesses that sell by appointment — a venue booking system, an offer marketplace, a campaign and lead engine, and an invitation video studio. Each one runs in India and the United Kingdom, and each was designed, built and is operated in-house.
A booking system for banquet halls, hotels, jewellers and developers. A venue takes an enquiry, confirms a date, records the advance and sees what its own team closed. The database itself refuses a double booking.
A luxury offer marketplace, delivered as an installable app. People find a venue, a designer or a jeweller near them and enquire in one step, and the business sees the enquiry the moment it is made.
The engine underneath the others. Creative production, landing pages that capture a name and a number, routing straight into a CRM, and revenue and commission reporting a client can read without us in the room.
Invitation films for weddings, launches and openings. Written, designed, scored and delivered as a video a family actually wants to forward — across social, corporate and real estate.
Approach
Before anything is drawn. Most briefs describe a solution somebody has already settled on; the useful conversation is the one underneath it.
Work shown early and often, in the state it is actually in. Surprises at the end of a project are a process failure, not bad luck.
Tested against real conditions — real data, real payments, real devices. A demo proves a design; only production proves a product.
The first month of real use teaches more than the whole build. We would rather be there for it than hand over a repository and disappear.
